    看到一篇校内上的文章,说了很多工作后要适应必须改掉的习惯,很赞成很赞成。尤其这几个,还有印象:

    避免含糊的措词:直接说清楚该找谁,什么时候做好。

    不要迟疑和反复考虑而不敢做:马上着手。遇到问题知道解决截止时间和什么问题该找谁,解决不了提早说,方便协调。

    出了错不要只找客观原因。

    不要想着把困难的事情做到九成,很多看似简单的事情必须做到十成。特别有感触的是我的报表,错一处而掣千钧,不细致,让你的数据不再solid,不够说服人,那九成工作做得再辛苦也找不到人哭的。

    自己都没不大有把握的不要让别人去试。

    我现在发现自己说话需要练习speak to the point。貌似这还是toastmaster的一个层次的名字。当然,那是英文,但是在思维上是一致的。

    一个好老师不一定是nice的,看到你的问题马上就会告诉你的,即使语气不那么让人好受,他也是个好老师。
